Fresh Bloom is an independent project. For support questions, bug reports, feature requests, account deletion questions, safety concerns, or moderation appeals, email support@freshbloom.app.
Best way to contact
Open Fresh Bloom, go to Profile, then Feature Request and Feedback. This attaches helpful app/device context so issues are easier to fix. If you cannot sign in or cannot open the app, email support@freshbloom.app.
Common issues
- Upload requires one photo with capture time and location metadata.
- Bloom Visits require being near a public bloom in person.
- Approximate blooms can be shared, but directions and Bloom Visits are disabled.
- If support purchases do not appear right away, use Restore purchases and wait a moment for StoreKit/Supabase sync.
Billing & purchases
Support purchases are processed by Apple. For questions about a purchase or subscription, email billing@freshbloom.app. You can manage or cancel a monthly subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.
Safety and community reports
In the app, you can report blooms, hide content, block uploaders, and send moderation appeals. For urgent safety, privacy, or account access issues, email support@freshbloom.app.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and data from inside the app. See Account Deletion for full instructions.
