Account Deletion

You can start account deletion inside the Fresh Bloom iOS app from Profile → Account and Privacy → Delete account and data.

What deletion affects

Your profile identity and avatar.
Your active public and approximate bloom posts.
Your likes, saves, Bloom Visits, Favorite Scouts, and profile-only app data where possible.
Your uploaded image objects where backend cleanup can safely identify them.

Records that may be retained

Fresh Bloom may retain limited safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, support purchase, legal, or operational records when needed. Retained records should not keep your public profile available.

How to request help

If you cannot access the app, email support@freshbloom.app and include the email address used for Fresh Bloom sign-in plus your Fresh Bloom user ID if available.
