Community Guidelines

Who can join

Fresh Bloom is a community for people 17 and older. It is not directed to children, and accounts found to belong to under-age users may be removed.

Share real blooms

Fresh Bloom is a live map powered by real user posts. Upload real flower photos with real time and location metadata. Do not fake locations, reuse misleading photos, or post non-flower content as blooms.

Be kind outdoors

Please do not pick flowers or step into protected areas. Stay on public paths when visiting blooms and respect private property, homes, gardens, and sensitive wildflower spots.

Use Public and Approximate thoughtfully

Use Public for flowers other people can reasonably visit. Use Approximate for homes, backyards, private places, or sensitive spots that should not invite directions or in-person Bloom Visits.

Encourage without spam

Likes, saves, Bloom Visits, Favorite Scouts, and badges should reflect real appreciation and real visits. Do not mass-tap, automate, brigade, harass, or manipulate engagement.

Report carefully

Use reporting for safety, privacy, spam, wrong location, explicit content, or content that does not belong on Fresh Bloom. Do not use reports to target users unfairly.

Zero tolerance and fast action

Fresh Bloom has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We aim to review reports and remove violating content and the responsible users within 24 hours. Serious safety issues may be acted on faster.

Appeals and help

If your bloom is hidden by mistake, use Feature Request and Feedback in the app to send a moderation appeal. If you cannot access the app, email support@freshbloom.app.
